JOHN l-IEMPHILL Very suddenly on Wednesday morn- ing, the 19th lnst., at 10 'o'clock from heart failure there passed to her rest Mrs. John Hemphill of Burnt Point. Georgetown. Mrs. Hemphill had been ailing for the past two or three years and during the winter was confined to her bed for about two montiis, but in the last few days had been able to sit np s. little.
