Mrs. Gilbert Gaudet. R.N.. also attended her while the Rev. Fa- ther Rooney. her Pastor. admin- istered her the Last Sacraments preparing her soul for its eternal abode. Before her marrialze, Evelyn lvl-as Father Rooney": faithful housekeeper. Endowed with a keen sense of responsibility. she never left. anything undone. Her It-onlimlal smile magnetized many 'a friend. She was the kind one never heard coming but always noticed. Her burial took place from St. Anthony's Church on November 20th, 1951, where Solemn High Mass was sung by her brother. the Rev. Pius Finnin of Sacred Heart Cathedral, Bsthurst, N.B.
