Measurements are level Sauer- kraut a la Franz Joseph; Drain contents 1 (No. 2) can sauerkraut, reserving juice. Haif- cover kraut with water; simmer 20 min. Meantime saute lightly 1 peeled medium onion, cut into match-| like strips, in 2 tbsp. butter. Stir | in 1 tsp. caraway seed, 2 tbsp. flour and sauerkraut juice, Sim-| mer-saute 2 min. Drain and add = sauerkraut. Bring to boiling point. Serve with smoked pork tender- | loin, rves 6.
