E. I. Rural Beautification Society INTRODUCTION We are glad to announce the Tenth Annual Competition of the P. E. I. Rural Beautification Society and hope that this year will surpass all previous efforts. Two important changes have been made in the contests. First is the division of the Home Improvement Com- petition into a farm Home Improvement Competition and a Small Holding Competition.
