Our- inves- tigation develops the informs/lion that Collin was inside the combus- tion chamber of a ‘boiler cleaning an accumulation of mud ilrom the mud drum. He was assisted by Wil- ined Falrow, Farrow was dispatch- ed {or tools necessary in the work and when he lelt Collin was inside the -boiler; he was holding an elec- tric light and removing the wet mud with his hand, When Farrow returned he looked in and saw Col‘- tili proetrated and calling lor assis- tance. He and Waiter Adams enter ed the boiler, removed Collin to the open and attemptd ilrs-t aid treat- niclit. Collin was removed to the hospital in the lire department ani- bulance and died shortly alter ad- iilission.
