     In order that we may serve as many users as possible 
     
     in the Racquet court areas, a court booking/reservation 
     
     system will be used. The following procedures will be

     — Back-to—back bookings by partners are not permit- 
     
    
   
   
    
     ted. 
     
    
   
   
    
     ~all cancellations should be made as early as possible, 
     
     to allow the courts to be re—booked. 
     
    
   
   
    
     —twenty-four hour advanced bookings will be ac- 
     
    
   
   
    
     cepted. 
     
    
   
   
    
     -10 minutes grace will be permitted late arrivals be- 
     
    
   
   
    
     fore court is rebooked. 
     
    
   
   
    
     —bookings are accepted with the understanding that 
     
     proper gear will be worn. 
     
     -anyone not having proper gear will be asked to va- 
     
     cate the court until such time as they acquire said gear. 
     
    
   
   
    
     —court bookings may be cancelled if: 
     
    

    
     (a) Misuse of the courts is determined 
     
    

    
     (b) court maintenance or repairs are required 
     
    

    
     (c) a priority event is booked in the interm 
     
    

    
     (d) it is determined the person booking the court is 
     
    
   
   
    
     an ineligible user 
     
    
   
   
    
     (e) as facility management determines necessary 
     
    

    
     -in the case of cancellation those booked will be no- 
     
     tified as early as possible, and where applicable will be 
     
     rescheduled to an alternate time.
