Sand, salt, and water will ruin our new floors, so please do your part by wearing only sneak- ers you wear indoors. Black soled jogging type sneakers will not be allowed on any hardwood floors, but may be used on the jogging track, as long as they are not used as an outdoor shoe also. Proper footwear is a must! The following procedures will be followed: AREAS regulation size basketball courts varsity basketball court (8 backboards) volleyball courts game Volleyball court badminton courts 2 lane, 1/8 mile walking/jogging track weight room exercise room racquet ball courts (also useable for "Wally-Ball") squash courts tennis floor locker room areas (showers/lockers) saunas canteen area - conference/meeting room classroom public washrooms sport medicine/ physiotherapy clinic fitness testing room ~all reservations will be for 45 minutes. — When booking you must name your partner(s) —No back-to-back booking will be accepted until the first booking is completed, and then only when there is no other reservation pending. — Back-to—back bookings by partners are not permit- ted. ~all cancellations should be made as early as possible, to allow the courts to be re—booked. —twenty-four hour advanced bookings will be ac- cepted. -10 minutes grace will be permitted late arrivals be- fore court is rebooked. —bookings are accepted with the understanding that proper gear will be worn. -anyone not having proper gear will be asked to va- cate the court until such time as they acquire said gear. —court bookings may be cancelled if: (a) Misuse of the courts is determined (b) court maintenance or repairs are required (c) a priority event is booked in the interm (d) it is determined the person booking the court is an ineligible user (e) as facility management determines necessary -in the case of cancellation those booked will be no- tified as early as possible, and where applicable will be rescheduled to an alternate time.
