Creelman, Truro, who started in the spring of 1899 upon a bicycling tour around the world, Creel- man was at the time of writing, June 20th, at McKay, Queeosland, Australia He wus then in quarantiae, as the citizena were afraid of bubonic plague, Creelman having been in the infesced districts of Sydney, Brisbane, Bundaburg, and Rock~ hampton.
