Girl's Bas- ketball Team will be travel- ling to Acadia University this week-end, to compete in the A.W.I.A.A. Intermed- iate Basketball Championship. Dur girls, the defending tetle—holders, will be striving to maintain their supremacy over Saint Thomas University, Mount St. Vin- cent and Nova Scotia Teacher's College. Their toughest competi- tion should come from St. Thomas, but if the team plays as well as it is able to, they should repeat as champs. The games are scheduled to take place on Friday and Saturday at the Athletic ;- Complex in wolfville. Anyone who is in the area, or who is not able to see : the Hockey Chamionships in Halifax, would find their support well-appreciated at Acadia by our girl's team.
