     The newest addition to this city's list of drug storel 
     
     opens tomorrow when Giggey's Pharmacy takes its place in 
     
     the life of the buying public. Owned by Mr. Robert Giggey 
     
     well known druggist of Charlottetown, the new store  
     
     stress service in prescription filling. 
     
    
   
   
    
     p Mr. Giggey, nyiative of Saint John. N. B., came tq 
     
     this city in 1940. In his native Province he was a certified 
     
     clerk and entered the Jenkins Pharmacy here, becoming I. 
     
     registered pharmacist in 1944. While in the latter store he 
     
     managed the business during the absence on active service 
     
     of its owner. In 1946 he went to WOrthy's Drug Store on 
     
     Queen Street and remained with that firm until the owner- 
     
     ship; changed hands recently. He is now opening his own 
     
     bus ness. 
     
    
   
   
    
     The new addition to the cityls, business life will be 
     
     modern from front to back in gleaming white and with 
     
     up-to-the minute fluorescent lighting. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Just inside the door a short counter with semi-circular 
     
     ends will offer a wrapping surface and provide convenient 
     
     access to the typical candy and smokers supplies on the 
     
     shelves immediately behind. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Both side walls of the store are lined with shelves eas- 
     
     ily available to customers who will find the merchandise 
     
     displayed in a manner which is eye appealing in its sim- 
     
     plicity. There is a complete line of drugs and sundries 
     
     stocked by modern drug stores and the Prescription Coun- 
     
     ter at the rear is fully equipped to live up to the slogan of 
     
     the store ...”We treat the sick well." i 
     
    
   
   
    
     Mr. Giggey will endeavour in his own store to give all 
     
     customers the same prompt, efficient and courteous service 
     
     for which he was long noted wihle employed in other. 
     
     places. - 
     
    

    
     Associated with him as store clerk is Miss Gwen Dava 
     
     ison who also brings to her new position the experience and 
     
     reputation for courtesy which always make buying in such
