Five Million‘ Public Bldg. In Toronto, Montreal and Van- couver there is projected construc- tion of three armories which will cost about $200,000 each. The arm- ories will be built from money voted in the supplementary estimates this year, but the other buildings will come from the new account given to the Minister of Finance by Parlia- ment. The general public works estim- ates for buildings were reduced this year in the Government's economy program, but the real expenditure in this direction will be far in excess of the estimates.
