For some days past Iniand Revenue Inspector Gordon has been there investigating charges preferred against District Inspector Borridale by Deputy Collector Dustan. Specifically these are: Dustan'’s removal from this office, to which he } was appointed, and sending him to Charlotte- town for a year, in violation of law. When Collector Grant left, this summer, Borridale took upon himself the Collector's duties, and degraded Dustan’s rank.
