(Sreciat to tus Examinen) «+ Hairax, Mar. 14.—Capt. Barrett and the firet and second officers of the Castilian remained on the steamer. All the rest of the officers and crew are in Yarmouth. The steamer has not yet been abandon- ed, but must be as ehe is now in bourly danger of breaking up. Tog~boats brought up the cabin fiittings, piate, and othe: moveabies; but no attempt could be made to get the cargo. The steamer will be a total loss and no cargo can be saved. Most of the live stock sre still standing, though at times, the waiter is about their feet. The tide rises and falls in the steamer from the engine room forward coming up as high as the main deck and she remains on firmly witnout pounding, bat she has a list which shows the danger of ber «lip- ping off into deep water. There is noone on board now to attend to the livestock and they have practicelly been abandoned. A tug remains by the steamer, and it is expected that the captain will leave her some time to-day. There is no official statement yetas to the cause of the disaster, but it is believed that the compass was at fault, Kipling’s Visit Will Be Short. THAT COMMON TROUBLE, ACID DYSPEPSIA OR SOUR STOMACH, Now Recognized as a Oause of Seri- ous Disease. Acid dyspepsia, coma only called beart- burn or sovr stomach, is a form of indiges~ tion resulting from fermentation of the food. The stomach being too weak to digest it, the food remains until fermentas tion begins, filling the stemach witb gas, and a bitter, sour, burning taste in the mouth is often present. This condition soon becomes chronic and being an every day occurence is given bni little attention. Because dyspepsia is not immediately fatel, many people do nvthing for the trouble. Within a recent period a “remedy has been discovered prepared solely to cure dyspepsia and stomach troubles. Ic is kvown as Stuart’s Dyspepsia Tabiets and is becoming rapidly used and prescribed as a radical cure for every form of dyspep~ sia. Stuart’s Dyspepsia Tablets have been placed before the public and are sold by all druggists for 50 cents per package. It is prepared by the F. A.
