     - Environment Week (May 18 - May 24) - 
     
    
   
   
    
     The Natural History Society is planning to be very active during 
     
     Environment Week. We have prepared five television ads which will be 
     
     shown throughoutthe week on Channel 13. watch for commercials on the 
     
     trillium, moving sand dunes, hungarian partridge, muskrats and red foxes. 
     
     We also plan to publish natural history articles daily in the Guardian, 
     
     Journal-Pioneer, Eastern Graphic and Queen's County Telecaster. For 
     
     those who profess more than just an armchair interest in what's happening 
     
     outside, we have anextensive series of walks, canoe and bicycle excursions 
     
     during the early morning, afternoons or evenings. The Bonshaw Hills and 
     
     Trail Club, the P.E.I. Outdoor Recreation Association and ourselves 
     
     have cooperated in scheduling the following events for Environment Week.
