Hospital on November 24th, after an illness of some months of Mrs. Marius Larsen in her fifty-ninth year. Mrs. Larsen was the former Nellie Heffell, daugh- ter of Mr. and Mrs. James Hef- fell and had lived all her life in Cape Tr-averse. In 1933 she married Marius Larsen and their home was a place where hospitality abound- ed and everyone receivd a warm welcome. She was of a quiet dis- position but possessed sterling ‘ qualities of a fine Christian wo- man and was held in respect by all who knew her. In her pass- ing the community has lost a true friend and kind neighbour but it is in the home where she: will be most sorely missed as a loving wife and kind devoted mother. Besides her sorrowing husband there are left to mourn four sons" and two daughters Jimmie and Cecilia’ at Trenton, Ont., Austin at Charlottetown and Elmer, Marian and Carl at home‘. Friends from far and near at- tended the funeral service which was held at Chisholm’s Funeral Home and was conducted by her pastor Rev. Robert Christie. The pall bearers were Joseph I Murphy, Harry Dawson, Don MacPherson, Jack Walker, El- mer Hansen and Edward.Leard.
