Each week. except on roundup nights. a new topic is discussed and the findings are reported to the Provincial Secretary. etc. Forums need a mixed member- ship of man and women to pro- vide diversity of viewpoint and breadth of scope- Most Farm Forum members are middle aged. he said, but it seems reasonable to believe that progress would be faster if more Junior Far- mers became members because they might be in a position to give lmore attention to forum work and could provide fresh leadership mat- erlal.
