In prosecution for offences against these Regulations, the production of: (a) A copy of 1 newspaper containing I public notice; or , (b) An affidavit by the Manager or person in charge of a radio broadcasting station that I public notice has been announced over such station, stating the data of radio announcement, and the words used therein; shall be conclusive evidence of the contents of any public notice and of the date and fact of its newspaper publication or radio announcement. .I- G.
