tra was high class, the opening over-
ture being hits from Gus Edwards’
“Song Revue." McAleavey’s mar-
vels, the wOrld's greatest all round
jumpers, made their first appearance,
as dirl also Spencer Kelly and
Marion Milden in their melodies of
past and present, both acts foeing
wcll received. Then came a brcezy
little playlet, Between thc Races,
intensely funny. The musical novelty
by Knrl, Wizard of the one
string instrument. was simply won-
derful, anil must be heard rto bc
appreciated Harry Tighe & (lo.
presented fine vaudeville in an epis-
ode entitled Thursday Night. The
boy comedian, Laddie Cliff and
Sammy Watson and his barnysrd
circus, were decided hits and were
followed by Gus Edwards in his
Song Revue and a company of
thirty-five, mostly girls. As his
songs, Dear Olrl East Side, Sun-
bonnet Sue, I just can't take my
eycs od you, See-Saw, My Cousin
Caruso, Schooldays, and .many,
many others, are familiarly known
here, the treat provided can well be
pictured. Fine Kinetograph pictures
terminated the show, the exit march
being Lucy-Anna-Lou by Gus Ed-
wards.
