     Upon registration all full time students 
     
     automatically become members of the 
     
     Student Medical Plan and are charged the 
     
     annual premium. If you are alreadv covered 
     
     by a medical plan, other than Provincial 
     
    

    
     edicare, you may withdraw from the 
     
     Student Medical Plan. 
     
    
   
   
    
     Immediately after registration day. you 
     
     ay pick up your refund at the Student 
     
     nion Office located on the first floor of 
     
     he Student Union Building. You will need: 
     
     — your updated student card or a 
     
     receipt from the University 
     
     — proof of another medical plan. 
     
     f you are receiving a student loan do not

     The purpose of this Volunteer 
     
     Bank is to create a file of names 
     
     and numbers of people who want 
     
     to be involved in their university. 
     
     This is how it works: 
     
    

    
     1. You must complete the 
     
     form 
     
    
   
   
    
     2. Drop it off at the desk (in 
     
     the slot) or at The Barn. 
     
    
   
   
    
     3. We collect and compile 
     
     them in our computer. 
     
    
   
   
    
     4. A list of interested people 
     
     under each activity will be ae 
     
     to the heads 
     
    
   
   
    
     Of the particular groups; for 
     
     example the Biology Executive 
     
     will recieve all the names and 
     
     numbers of those individuals 
     
     wanting to get involved in that 
     
     club. 
     
    
   
   
    
     This is all in the planning 
     
     stage and hopefully all the bugs 
     
     and flaws will be worked out. 
     
     What we need is your support 
     
     and assistance to make this ser-
