It says (1) There shall be a Comp- troller appointed by the Board who shall keep the accounts\of the University and perform such other du— ties as the Board or Pres— ident may require. (2) The Comptroller holds office during the pleasure of the Board. More specifically, the Comptroller is responsible 'directly or through a Man- ager or Supervisor for the following general areas: A Areas where the Comptrol- -ler usually gets involved .only in general policy and has a Manager or Supervi— sor/see that the general ' policy is carried out in the day to day operations. Frequent meetings are held to review these policies. They also seeded it in an attempt to make the grass grow. Students have cut an angle“ wearing a path through the grass and destroying a small shrub. Thus they have saved themselves at least two steps. Definitely they are to be commended on this effort to preserve their limited supply of energy. They are definitely to be congratulated on the effort they have made in quest— ioning their,habits and re— ordering their lives as their enviornment Changes.
