She was the former Elinor Mullen of Tracadie. Her untime- b death came as a great shock to her loved ones. since she had not complained of being ill until a very short time before her death. She had just entered the hoqrital earlier that day. and al- though everything possible was done for her there. God willed otherwise. and she passed away that evening. M-rs. Egan spent most of her life in Tracadie. She moved. with her husband and family to Cardigan about a year ago, where she made many friends, who showed so much kindness to her sorrowing husband and fam- ily. She leaves to mourn the loss of a loving wife and rrioLher. her husband, and eight children. namely: Connie. teaching at Mitchell River. P.E.l. Joseph, Maureen. Fred. Bernadette, David, Sterling and Allan. She leaves also her mother and father Mr. and Mrs. Fred Mul- lcn Tracadie. and five sisters. and four brothers. They are: Evelyn in Toronto, Ont. Mary Mrs. Alfred Smith. East Royal- ty Laura. Nlrs. John Savage Harbor. Blanch Mrs. James Mclnnis and Freda, Mrs. Alex Maccoramc both at Tra- cadle and Stirling at home. The funeral. which was veryj largely attended. was held from the home of her parents lo St. Bonaventure) Church Tra- cadie where ' " , ' Mass was celebrated by Rev. Father McGaugh, Rev.
