WHEREAS a Commission has been issued, directed to us, under and by virtue ofan Act passed in the Fourteenth year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, in- tituled " An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highways,” and of the Acts in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to inquire what damage or advantage will accrue to the parties through whose land a new line of road is intended to pass, leading through the farm of David Milligan to Conway Inlet, Townships Nos. 11 and 12: Now, we do hereby give public notice to all partiesinterested, that we will commence the execution of said Commission, by attending at David Milligan’s, on MONDAY, the 19th day of AUGUST, at the hour of 10 o’clock, forenoon of the same day, and from thence we will proceed along the said new line of road, and complete the Commission according to law.
