General Memorandum. CAPTAINS commanding Companies of Volunteer Militia ' will send to the Office of the Inspector of Militia, Muster Rolls of their Companies as they stood on the 3lst of January, 1867, the end of the Financial year. From that date no Volunteer Militiaman who has been member of one Company is to be enrolled in another without special leave from Head Quarters. Vacancies are not to be filled up until the establishment of Com- panies falls below the number laid down in the Regulations of 1862, viz: 80 enrolled Members inclusive of Officers and non-Commis- sioned Officers.
