ConsTanrinop_e, Sept 26.—The Porte has addressed another circular to the four powers controlling affairs in Crete, protesting against the disarmament of Mussulmans in the island unless Chri: t ans are also disarmed simultaneously. There have been a great many arrests of Mussul- mans bere within the iastfew days. The motive for the arrests is not known.
