McIntosh, B.D. Isaiah 52: v. 8. EGG PRICES Although there are some who will not admit it. there can be no possible doubt that the farmers of Prince Ed- ward island are receiving good prices for their eggs as compared with some other Provinces, notably Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec, and even On- tario. Should there be any doubt in the minds of any Egg Circle members or others. as to whether or not the Egg Cicles members. or others, as to whether or not the Egg Circles have brought about and are maintaining this improvement, personal letters coming in from farmers living in sec- tions of New Brunswick where there are no Egg Circles, should set all doubts at rest. Farmers in sections not far distant from Campbellton, N. B. have been paid 15 cents in the stores for eggs for the month of April. Towards the end of April in the same places the prices went up to 16 cents. Around St. Louis, Kent County, N. B. an_Egg Circle is in operation, and H1980 9858 were up to 18 cents'in the latter part of April. Prince Edward island leads the way for price and quality, and this is certainly due to the influence of the improved methods adopted by the Egg Circle Movement, which is undoubtedly one of the most practical movements ever introduced by any department of Agriculture.
