[Passed April 19, 1869.] » - HEREAS, in and by the Fourth Section of the Act of Twenty-ninth Victoria, Chapter Thirty-two, intituled “ An Act to In- corporate the Minister and Trustees of Saint Andrew’s Church, Brackley Point Road, Town- ship Thirty-three,” the time of and for hold- ing the Annual Meeting for the election of Trustees, is ordained to be the first Monday in July, and such time has been found unsuitable and inconvenient, for remedy whereof: Be it the Administrator of the Govern- ment, Council and Assembly, as follows :— 1. After the passing of this Act, the Annual Meeting for the election of Trustees of said Saint Andrew’s Church, under the provisions of the said recited Act, shall take place on the first Monday in the month of December in each and every year, instead of the first Monday in July, as directed in the said recited Act.
