A new floor pollsher was demonstrated. and the aid decided to buy it for the Nursea' Residence. Money was also voted for two vacuum cleaners for the hospital. Arrangements were made to purchase the customary Christ- mas gifts for the nurses. Plans were made for an afternoon tea at the Nurses' Resid early in January. A 26-minute film on guided missiles was shown at the con- clusion of the guest speaker's lect- ure. A vote of thanks to Brig. Peake was extended by Ivan Nicholson. Wilfred Craig presided and after a short sing- song a collection was taken to help defray the expenses of the delegate going to the boys' con- ference at Sackville.
