VVhereiipon the question arises whether there will be time for all these doings before the present Parliament will expire by limitation of by law. It be- comes therefore of some interest to learn precisely when the date of such expiration will occur, and also the date at which the official enumeration of the population by the Census shall take place. The present Parliament was elected June 23, 1896.
