      short
      judges’
      seminar
     
     
      will
      be
      held
      on
      the
      first
      morning
      of
      the
      tourna-
     
     
      ment,
      where
      judges
      will
      be
      briefed
      on
      the
      rules
     
     
      of
      debating,
      and
      on
      what
      to
      look
      for
      when
     
     
      judging
      a
      debate.

      tournament
      is
      a
      major
      event
      on
      the
     
     
      Atlantic
      debating
      circuit,
      so

      resident

      Sophomore

      It

      firstly,
      on
      the
      basis
      of

      achievement,
      and
      secondly
      on
