These officers have been ap- poLnted on the occasion of the r8- organization of the Light Horse Bl a Reserve Regiment. The unit was recently re-organlzed by Lt-Col. E. W. Johnstone and comprises 1.- 000 men, which is 50 per cent more than the original number called ifror the Reserve Army in this prov- ce. Major D. I‘.
