New Yomr, April 2.-Orazed byjealousy
Frank Gifford, 22 years old, of Laurel
Hill, Queens, quarreled with his bride of
two months tonight and shot her. The
bullet passed through her arm, which she
had raised to her face, and lodged in tha
skull. Gifford then shot himselfdead. It
is believed the woman will recover.

Wasnuvcrou, April 4.-Hundreds of
children of all colors and conditions par-
ticipated in the Easter Monday egg roll-
ing festival on the White House grounds.
