If a student requires a single bedroom there is an additional charge of $75.00. (11 top of all that, were is a caution fee and key deposit that amounts to $65.00. There- fore if there are four ' people in an apartment, the University is raking in approximately $425.00 per month per/apartment. Quite a nice amount, is it not? The other night a bathroom sink literally FELL off the bathroom wall in one apartment and consequently broke the hot water pipe. Luckily the resident was not / scalded but the apartment was damaged and a flood resulted in that section of the second floor. I would like to know why these apartments are not in proper working order before students are allowed to move in.
