D. 1959 at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon or as soon thereafter as I can be heard, make application to the Judge of the County Court of Kings County, in the Court House at Georgetown for judgment against each and all the lands above described for the respective amounts above mentioned and then unpaid together with the costs of this application and will proceed upon such judgment as by law directed, unless cause to the contrary be shown on the making of such ‘}-application at the time and place aforesaid.
