A very fine message was given by Mrs. Gardiner of Alber- ton. The offering was received by Miss Eleanor Ashley. The Rev. Mr. Gardiner closed the meeting with prayer and the benediction. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Leard were recent guests of Mr. and Mrs. Garth Harrison. O'Leary. Mr. Gilbert Bridges who has d been spending some time with his son-in-law and daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Collicutt. Burton. Lot 7. has returned to his home. Mr. and Mrs. Albert Leard. Luckily Mr. Gallant was home at the time and got to work at once with help of neighbors who quick- ly gathered and managed to ex- tinguish the fire. Considerable damage was caused. The Gailant's are now residing in Woodstock until a new flue is built. Mrs. J. B. Arsenauit is now suf- fering from a bad cold and has been in bed for the past few days. The usual bingo will be played and each member is asked to make a lb of sugar into fudge which will be auction ed at the meeting. Aicontest put on by the teacher.
