New Yorx, May 24.—The largest morigege recorded in the history or Suf- folk county was filed today iu the office of the county clerk at Rivershead, L.I, It is for $45,000,000, given by the Long Island railroad in favor of the U. 8. Mort- gage and Trust Company as trustees. Attached to the mortgage are 4509 $50 revenue stamps, toaking a total of $22,500. The mortgage covers all the property of the railroad.
