Havirax, Jan, 12. D. Morrice, and other magnates of the Dominion Cotton Miils Co., the new syndi cate controlling the cotton industry of Can- ada, arrived here yesterday. To-day the formal tranfer of the Nova Sec tia Cotton Mill to the syndicate took place. The price paid was $101,000 in cash and $10)1,- 000 in Bonds of the Dominion Cotton Co.
