They are confident of making a margin of one or two seconds, under favorable circum stances. Runaway.—Quite a commotion was caused yesterday afternoon about 5.30 on Grafton Street. Mr. Jeremiah O’Connor, of Hope River, was putting some articles into his wagon at Dodd & Rogers’ ware- bonre, Grafton Street wnen his horse took fright end dashed at a furious rate along the streetin an easterly direction. The horse crashed into a wagon on Sunnyside and broke its wheels. Further down the street the horse was stopped, having left the box of the wagon andthe wheels behind him.
