     Friday, Setpember 26 at ap- 
     
     proximately 4:30 pm. Crowds 
     
     gathered from the residences 
     
     Bernardine and Marian Halls, 
     
    
   
   
    
        
     
        
     
          
     
        
     
    
   
   
    
       
     
    
   
   
    
     as well as many other UPEI 
     
     students, along University Ave- 
     
     nue. Donations by the Biology 
     
     Club and Bernardine Hall were 
     
     presented to Rick amidst cheers 
     
     of support and encouragement 
     
    
   
   
    
     along with several posters and 
     
     banners. The genera response 
     
     throughout the entire Island 
     
     has been tremendous, not to 
     
     mention well-deserved for this 
     
     outstanding young man. All of 
     
     the long miles, poor weather 
     
    
   
   
    
     and hard luck he has had to 
     
     endure has not yet tarnished 
     
     his determinism or his ever- 
     
     present outgoing personality 
     
     and broad smile. We’re with 
     
     you all the way, Rick, and we
