To do the Job would require the fullest co-operation between the federal. provincial and municipal authorities. The recommendations were the widest and most comprehensive yet but before the special Senate definitely sub - marginal. there should be a program under which farmers on these lands may be given an opportunity of selling their farms to some public author- ity. and given. too. assistance in relocating in some other farm area or establishing themselves in some other occupation.
