A short service was held at the home thence to St. John Anglican Church, Crapaud, with interment in the Church cemetery. The late Mrs. MacDonald was 8'7, of quiet friendly disposi ion, she was be- loved by all who knew her. The service was conducted by her pas- tor the Rev. A card party held in the school ln January was s success with $25.66 realized. Another card party is to be held in February. Correspondence was read and dis- cussed. A letter from the T. B. League was read end discussed. It was moved to send a donation and to write a letter asking if the X- ray unit would visit the school. West Royalty W. I. accepted the invitation to visit Central Royalty W. I. on Feb. 11th. Plans were dis- cussed and committees appointed. New committees were appointed: School, Mrs. Ward, Mrs. Wright; Lunch. I. met at the home of Mrs. Bertram Willis on Thursday evening, Feb. 3rd. The meeting opened by singing the Institute Ode and repeating the Creed in unison. Roll Call was answered by 12 membe s and 4 visitors pre- sent. Minutes of last meeting were read, approved and signed. An organ was purchased for the school. It was moved and seconded that we get s barrel oi’ dustbane for school. Fruit was sent to 8 in district. Correspondence secretary reported sending two Get Well cards. Several thank you letters were read for treats sent. A donation of $2 was gratefully acknowledged. Proceeds tram weighing party, $28.16. It was decided to get cotton to make a quilt for s. family who lost their home by fire. It was also decided to get sewing from. the Red Cross. Next place of meeting at the home of Mrs. Merrill Green.
