PLEASING‘ RECEPTION - A pleasing reception was held the evoning of June 20th at the home of Clarence Wood Alexandra, for his brother Cpl. Osborne Wood R. C. A F. and his bride (formerly Miss Kaye Nicholson of Dundas, P. E When the members of tuc Alex- andra Baptist Church nnd Womcjrs Institute were assembled, Mr. E-srle Jenkins in his usual pleasing man- ner explained the reason of the gathering and Mrs. Bruce Jud-Sun on behalf of all present presented Cpl and Mrs. Wood with a well filled purse. Osborne, on behalf of himself and bride thanked the friends for their kindness and good wishes.
