The death occurred at the Souris Hospital on September 1, of Mrs. Merrill Stew- art, in her 89th year. Mrs. Stewart. the former Mar- garet Robertson, was born in Red Point. December 7, 1865, the daugh- ter of the late Duncan and Mar- gery Robertson. she was a lifetime resident of this area, and was the wife of the late Merrill Stewart who prcdfceased her by ten years. she wil be greatly missed in the community. for although she has been in failing health for sonle months she never ompletely lost the use of her cavulties, and her mind was clear to the very last.
