I have taken and seized, as the pro- perty of the said Joseph \Vightman, All the Right. title and freehold interest of the said Joseph Wightman, in and to all that tract of land on Lot 52. near Montague Bridge, commencing on the west side of Montague road. at the North boundary of land in possession of Man- oah Rowe. and bounded on the South by said boundary, bearing south 74dg. 30min west for the distance of seven- ty—eight feet, bounded on the “’est by a line runnin thence North for a distance of seventy~two (72) feet and hounded on the East by Montague Road aforesaid, having a front thereon extending from the aforesaid place of commencement of seventy (70) feet. and bound- ed on the North for a distance of sixty-four (61) feet by a line. if continued, that would intersect the rear line at a distance of eleven (11) feet North from the angle of seventy-two (72) feet aforesaid. and bounded thence by a rightline to said angle at seventy-two (72) feet. making a distance of twenty feet as the angle from the west end of the sixty-four (64) feet to the angle of seventy-two (72) feet or rear line of the land.
