     The Province of New Brunswick considers more rapid development 
     
     of the industrial sector indispensable to its future eoonomiewelfare. 
     
     In order to accelerate this industrialization, and thus extend the 
     
     base of the economy of the province. certain manufacturing opera.- 
     
     tions and products have been designated as “desirable provincial 
     
     industries.” 
     
    
   
   
    
     For operations and products on the list of “desirable provincial 
     
     industries,” the Province of New Brunswick will take those steps 
     
     necessary to ensure long-term profitable operation.
