There bas been very little shipping to date, consequently the demand for produce ia not very great Oats--The buyers are offering from 27 to 29c for oats. There are few moving. At Montague and Summerside 28c is the price offered. Potatoes—The market is dull at 16 to 18c. The American market does not show any demand as yet and very ‘little can therefore be shipped to that quarter antil later on. Eggs—The marketis steady. The pre- railing price is13c. The supply is liberal for the time of the year, and the demand is good. Most of the shipments made are for the Eaglish market. Cheese—The buyers are offering 11 to LI4c; but sales are elow as salesmen are looking fora higher figure. The cheese board meets this forenoon. Live bogs—There are not many live hogs ?coming in. The Montreal cheese market, according to tbe Gazette, continues heavy in tone.
