McMillan, Colin McMillan, SDU Rhodes Scholar, returned to Ox- ford England yesterday where he’ will continue his . studies. Mr. McMillan arrived from England July 26 after two years of studying abroad. He complet- ed his course in Modern. His- tory in June, and will reeeive his degree (B.A., Oxon.
