We have as usual a large number of athletic associations at present af- filiated with the Branch, I think a slight increase over the previous year. We have been called upon to issue a great many sanctions to conduct athletic meets throughout the year and I am very pleased to say from the information I have received from our Secretary that in most all cases the Association in this section have applied for their sanctions in the proper way.
