Commission, hearing date the 4th day of September inst, now last past, has been issued to us, under and by Virtue of an Act passed in the 14th year of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, int'ituled “ An Act to regulate the laying out and altering of Highway,” and an .Act in amendment thereof, whereby we are commanded to estimate the damage or advantage that may accrue to those persons wholare interested in the lands through which a certain now Read is intended to pass, being the continuation of the Little IIill Road,in Township No. 37,through Patrick O’Hare’s and other farms towards Pisquid New Bridge, and from Clark‘s bridge to said new line of Road by avoiding Walker’s hill, and from the southern end of Worthy’s Road along William McCannell’s north boundary line to the said Little Hill or Tyholland Road, in Lot 37, aforesaid : Now we do hereby give Public Notice to all persons concerned that we will commence the execution of the said commission, by attending at the house of Mr. Francis Murray, in Lot 37, on Saturday, the 12th day of October next, at the hour of 11 o’clock in the forenoon, and proceeding along the said intended line of new Road, will complete the aid Commission according to law.
