LAND SALE. 0 BE SOLD by PUBLIC AUCTION, on THURSDAY, the Twsnrrn day of JULY next, at the hour of 12 o'clock, noon, at the COLONIAL BUILDING, in Charlottetown, under and by virtue of a. Power of Sale contained in a certain Indenture of Mortgage, bearing date the Thirteenth day of June, A. D. 1862, and made between John Egan, then of Charlottetown, in Prince Edward Island, Plasterer, and Margaret Egan, his wife, of the one part, and the Hon. John Longworth, of the same place, Barrister-at—Law, of the other part: ALL that piece or parcel of land, situate on or forming part of Common at No. Thirty-two, within the Royalty of Charlottetown, and described as Plot number Twelve, in a certain Deed of Conveyance of parts of said Common Lot, exscuted by Francis Longworth and Sarah Parker his wife, to the said John Longworth, bearing date the fifth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-six, and also on the plan annexed to said Deed, the said Plotbeing bounded on the North-westward by the St. Peter’s Road, and having a sufficient front thereon to give Forty-two feet on a right angle line, with parallel side lines running South-eastwardly from said Road, the South- western side line being Eightyeight feet in length, and the North-eastern ninety-nine feet, the said North-eastern line forming the side line of a new street recently opened from the St. Peter’s Road to Euston Street, together with all buildings, fences, improvements, rights and appurtenances to the said described piece of land belonging or appertaining.
