The Dow Jones industrial average rose 6.85 to 564.98. Wall Street analysts said in- vestors apparently believed that the recent setback had ended News that unemployment had changed little in the last month instead of rising as expected and interest in aircraft. missile and rocket stocks also helped the ad- vance. Steels. chemicals. electronics, oils and some drugs made big gains. Motors and rails followed with smaller increases. The Canadian section was also higher.
