C., on Thursday, Harold Glllispie charged with driving to the common danger on Mulpeque Road last Saturday on information laid by the Provincial Police, was fined $25. Two ladies who were in the car at the time of the accident testified that the car was travelling about fifty miles an hour on the up grade of the hill, but dld`not think they were going more than thirty five miles at the time of the accident. The accident occurred about seventy five yards past the newly paved high way. After leaving the new road the car jumped and zigzagged from one side of the road to the other, One of the ladies had several ribs broken and was taken to the P. E. Island Hospital as was the driver of the car. It was brought out in the evdience_ that the ladies warned thc driver to go slower.
